My big writing news!

Here is the big news that I've been sitting on for a while!

I have accepted a 3-book deal from Tule Publishing for my medical romance series: Yukon Valley Hospital!!!!! OMG! I don’t have enough exclamation marks to express how happy I am!!!

Sure, I’m stoked to see this series in digital, print, and audio…(and maybe other media formats…!!!). But even closer to my heart, I get to work with Julie Sturgeon, a fabulous editor who edited my first series through Crimson Romance back around 2014-2017. Julie is also hilarious and nice. I can’t wait to exchange emails with her on the regular once again.


I am SO EXCITED to take you all to Yukon Valley, a fictional small town in the interior of Alaska. The weather might be cold, but the nights are HOT for these hardworking physicians, nurses, EMS teams, and medical staff of Yukon Valley Hospital! 


This series was pitched as Grey’s Anatomy meets Northern Exposure!


Book #1 is tentatively titled “Southern Doc, Northern Hearts.” The concept of this first book is: Hart of Dixie meets Life Below Zero. It’s a fun and heart-pounding fish-out-of-water romance. This story involves a smart physician from Georgia who doesn’t own any cold-weather gear, a sexy chief paramedic with no time for outsiders, a motley crew of sled dogs, and a nosy hospital staff with way too much free time. 


I can’t wait to show you this book! Once I know the release date, I’ll be giving out Advanced Reader Copies, so keep an eye out for opportunities to get an early peek!
